Arrival - Grounding & Chanting

Gentle arrival into the space, intention setting for wisdom, and grounding practices to transition from the outer world into inner awareness. Walking and standing practices on natural earth to stabilize the nervous system and anchor presence in the body.

Salt Water Immersion

A water-and-mineral cleansing immersion that dissolves dense energy and deeply calms the nervous system. Sound is introduced to enhance mental calibration under water, allowing the mind to soften while the body enters a restorative state.

Somatic Yoga

Trauma-informed, intuitive movement designed to release stored tension and restore communication between body and awareness.

Lunch (1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)

Vegetarian meal (without onion or garlic), supporting energetic balance and deeper awareness.

Evening Session (2:15 am - 6:30 pm)

Inner Cartography — Soul Expression Art

Allowing unconscious imagery and insight to surface. Translating inner patterns through left–right brain integration. A non-verbal process for subconscious integration and self-recognition.

Sound Healing

Vibrational sound practices using frequency and resonance to regulate emotional pathways and bring the body into coherence.

Vibrational Sound Healing & Integration

Sound reaches your subconscious even before words, frequency-based tuning of the nervous system and emotional body, allowing the retreat journey to settle and integrate fully.

Tapping Yoga

Guided tapping practices to clear residual emotional patterns and learn a simple daily tool for self-regulation.

Wim Hof Breath-work

A deep breath-based practice to release emotional and physical blockages and access profound internal recharge by connecting with earth and your higher self.

Completion & Departure

Participants depart by 6:30 PM, carrying clarity, groundedness, and inner alignment.

Extended Session - Beyond 2 days?

Not every retreat can impact your life promptly, difference and well-being is only felt, when such practices are done in compounding manner. Hence, we have the below two options to make this a soulful & long lasting experience. 

Anyone wishes to continue practising for next few days to align with the process, can do so with intentional donation basis.

We also, have a follow up video call session to align the retreat intention with intentional donation basis. Please speak to us for the same.

Flow of Viapassana Meditation


Ānāpāna – Watching the Breath

Intention:

To steady the mind and sharpen awareness.

Process:

Sit comfortably. Bring attention to the natural breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. No control, no modification, just observation.

When the mind wanders, gently return to the breath.

Essence:

Breath becomes the anchor. Awareness becomes steady.


Kāyānupassanā – Observing Bodily Sensations

Intention:

To directly experience impermanence (anicca) in the body.

Process:

Systematically move awareness through the body — head to toe or toe to head.

Notice sensations: heat, pressure, tingling, pain, neutrality.

Do not react. Do not resist. Just observe.

Essence:

Sensations arise.

Sensations pass.

You remain the witness.


Vedanā Awareness – Neutral Observation of Pleasure & Discomfort

Intention:

To dissolve craving and aversion at their root.

Process:

Notice how the mind labels sensations as pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral. Observe the urge to cling or push away without acting on it.

Essence:

Suffering is not in sensation, but in reaction.


Cittānupassanā – Observing Thoughts & Mental States

Intention:

To recognize thoughts as phenomena, not identity.

Process:

Allow thoughts to arise naturally.

Label lightly if helpful: planning, remembering, judging.

Return to bare awareness.

Essence:

Thoughts are visitors. You are the space.


Choiceless Awareness – Open Vipassana

Intention:

To rest in pure awareness without effort.

Process:

No fixed object.

Breath, sensation, sound, thought, all are allowed.

Awareness observes awareness.

Essence:

Nothing to do. Nothing to change.


Mettā Bhāvanā – Loving-Kindness

Intention:

To soften the heart and integrate insight with compassion.

Process:

Begin with yourself:

May I be safe. May I be peaceful. May I be free from suffering.

Gradually extend to loved ones, neutral people, difficult people, and all beings.

Essence:

Insight without compassion is incomplete.

Mettā seals the practice.
